Smoke Slinger BBQ, LLC is a company that provides roadside services just like a food truck, but not quite. We have a smoker trailer that we tow to smoke/barbecue roadside. Our company also provides catering services where we prepare your food and deliver it to you. We are sorry, we do not provide services where we set up, serve guests, clean up, or decorate. For more information on catering or to place an order, please contact us.
