OUR STORY

Smoke Slinger BBQ, LLC was created by husband and wife, Todd and Lita Virgil. It started four years ago on an off-set smoker, the Oklahoma Joe, that Todd’s late father had bought him to support his passion for creating the perfect blend of wood smoked flavors with spices and sauces. It took countless hours learning the art of managing a fire on the Oklahoma Joe. Boy was that a monster to master! Both Todd and Lita have earned the title of “Pit Masters.” Cooks can take anywhere between two to thirteen hours depending on the type of meat smoked or barbecued.

For Todd and Lita, creating Smoke Slinger BBQ has never been about money. It is about bringing together friends, family, and community to share a story, a few laughs, and most of all good spirits.
